Duties and Responsibilities: 

Supervise, schedule, and lead front-of-house staff during restaurant and bar operations. Lead and assign tasks to service crew (waiters, bartenders, runners).
Maintain service standards and ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Train new team members and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and with prompt resolution.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and end-of-day reports.
Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; assist in procurement and stock rotation.
Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with local health regulations.
Assist in menu updates, promotional planning, and service improvements.
Event and Banquet Service: Lead table arrangements for functions, private dinners, or beach events
Conduct bar operations knowledge, including Responsible alcohol service (knowing limits, ID verification, intoxication signs)

Qualifications:

​

 A graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course is highly preferred.
At least 3-4 years of solid experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the F&B or hospitality industry. Must have handled restaurant or resort-based dining operations (bar, ala carte, and buffet service experience is a plus).
Experience in beach resorts, boutique hotels, or tourist destination venues is a strong advantage.
Understand and supervise the full menu (food, drinks, specials), including Ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards, Allergen information and dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan), Pairing basics (e.g., wine with food, cocktail pairings)
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards compliance is a must
Must be based in La Union, or willing to relocate (staff house assistance provided).
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules and move for extended hours.
