DIRECT HIRE/HEADHUNT- The provider will perform the search based on a detailed job description of the client. Furthermore, the provider also identifies potential candidates who would meet the requirements as provided by the client. Shortlisted suitable candidates are endorsed to client to further assess and, once qualified, the selected talent will then be a direct employee of the client. Thereafter, fixed service fee is to be paid to the provider as agreed.
STAFFING AUGMENTATION- This model is a solution to get onboard the skills that the client requires and be paid to the provider at a defined cost via outsourcing service fee. The augmented staff is managed directly by the provider but with significantly fewer costs and liabilities associated with hiring maintenance.
PROJECT-BASED- Model wherein the provider is to handle the talent acquisition needed for specific project and deploy talents to client on a short-term basis. The contract is co-terminus with the duration of the project.
CONSULTANCY- It focuses on helping businesses in all HR facets. It encompasses advisory services on best industry practices and legal compliance, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, HR Audits, employee learning and development , talent management and strategic planning.
